MY FAVORITE FACTS - is the second book of my personal collection of facts and this time it’s much bigger. This is the 2,222 pieces I thought were the most interesting and accumulated from years in my trivial pursuit of reading biographies, history and references books as well as searching the Internet and paying attention to the news and generally learning about all I can.

I don't know if the Kindle edition of this book is word for word with the actual book, as I have only read the Kindle edition.Every page has misspelled words, sentences with words out of order making them hard to understand. Repeats of things read earlier in the book.
Untrue items. Just an example, saying 40 degrees Fahrenheit and 40 degrees Celsius are the same temperature. Minus 40 degrees Fahrenheit and minus 40 degrees Celsius are the same. Certainly nobody edited the Kindle edition, because there are so many errors it is ridiculous. If the book is the same then it wasn't edited either. Disgusting.

Excellent facts but did miss on Big Ben, which is the BELL, not the clocks.

The facts get repeated quite a bit. Still interesting. Not 2,222 different facts
I enjoy these collections of trivia and Mr West gives his a truly unique flair but.....he needs a proofreader( and I don't mean spellcheck), a fact checker and a calculator.
Spelling and grammar errors are distracting.
I would suggest hiring someone to read and correct the hundreds of errors in this book
This book - as inexpensive as it was - was a complete waste of money. I will certainly try to avoid books by this author in the future. It contains a lot of misspellings, grammatical errors, incomplete sentences, and incorrect information which makes it very difficult to read. I'm not a Grammar Nazi, but the errors in the book make me question the intelligence of the writer. Some errors are repeated over and over again. Misspellings and grammar errors aside, the book often lists as "facts" urban myths and supposed facts that have long been disproved.
The reason for the 3 stars is the appalling lack of editing. Some info can't be guessed because of typos, misspellings, dropped sentences and even inaccurate numbers. (How much is 300,00?). Some headings have nothing to do with the subject. I mean, Mr. West, if you have your name on it, wouldn't you want the best looking manuscript you could have? I don't get it. It's just sad. Mostly because I won't buy further books from you.
